About Recovery Image Download Service

"Recovery Image Download Service" is a service with which you can download recovery data (installation image) of a target PC via network and create recovery disc (DVD or USB memory). This disc also includes conventional "Hard Disk Data Erase Utility".

For the new models from the second half of 2022, we gradually stop preinstalling "Panasonic PC Recovery Disc Creation Utility" which is used to create recovery disc on the PC without using this service, so please use this service to create recovery disc for those models.
