PKCS Specifications

The following Public-Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS) are supported:

• PKCS #1: "RSA Cryptography Standard for RSA operation"
• PKCS #5: "Password-Based cryptography standard for use of PKCS #8"
• PKCS #7: "Cryptographic Message Syntax for certificate transport"
• PKCS #8: "Private-Key Information Syntax for encrypted private key storage"
• PKCS #11: "API support for external PKI service providers"
• PKCS #12: "Personal Information Exchange Syntax for importing private keys and certificates".
