Limitations

The following limitations of the current implementation should be taken into account.

• Multiuser environments are not supported.
• Intermediate CA functionality cannot be configured using the graphical user interface, it must be set up via the remote API.
• The Android IPv6 address parser does not recognize IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, so these type of addresses cannot be used. These addresses express the final 32 bits of an address in the IPv4-compatible dotted-quad notation, for example: 2001:db8:0:0:0:0:ffff:192.168.123.123
• Rekey problems may occur when in cellular networks. When IPsec or IKE rekeys are initiated by a Security gateway, they may not succeed due to the network configuration of the cellular network. If there is no NAT (Network Address Translation) between the Security Gateway and VPN Client, the rekey packets may get filtered or blocked by the network. Some cellular networks employ stateful firewalls that block Security Gateway initiated rekey (UDP) packets to VPN Client.
