Connectivity
The SD card, external storage device, or other external device does not work.
The unit cannot connect to a network.
The corresponding hardware feature may be disabled by the [DeviceManagement] app (see Disabling and enabling certain hardware features).
The unit is not recognized as a mass storage device when connected to a computer (certain models only).
Make sure that USB tethering is turned off.

From the home screen, tap [Settings][More...][Tethering & portable hotspot].
2.
Turn off the [USB tethering] checkbox for v4.2, or tap the [USB tethering] switch to turn it off for v5.1.
I want to confirm the unit’s MAC address.
Follow the procedure below.

From the home screen, tap [Settings][About tablet][Status].
2.
Confirm the address.
