Configuring the barcode reader

Barcode reader settings

Flick the Start screen to the left, and then in the All apps list, tap [Barcode Reader].

Follow the on-screen instructions and change the desired settings as needed.

Triggering the barcode reader

Press the side button (left or right) to start scanning barcodes.

You can also use the [User Button Manager] app to configure which button is used to start scanning barcodes. See [User Button Manager] app for more information.
