Flick the Start screen to the left, and then in the All apps list, tap [Barcode Reader].

Triggering the barcode reader
Press the side button to start scanning barcodes.
You can also use the [User Button Manager] app to configure which button is used to start scanning barcodes. See [User Button Manager] app for more information.
