USB connection
You can use the unit’s micro USB port to connect the unit to a computer or other device.
Connecting the unit to a computer
You can connect the unit to a computer and access it as a mass storage device. Use the following procedure to confirm that the unit is configured to mount on the computer as a mass storage device.

From the home screen, tap
→
[Settings] →
[Storage] →
→
[USB computer connection].
2.
Turn on the [Media device (MTP)] checkbox.
Sharing the unit’s Internet connection via USB (USB tethering) (certain models only)
Use this procedure to use the unit’s USB connection to share the unit’s Internet connection with a computer. You may not be able to share the unit’s mobile network connection (certain models only) depending on your mobile network service provider.

[Tethering & portable hotspot].
2.
Turn on the [USB tethering] checkbox.
