Export of settings
You can export or import the settings of some apps all at once. The following settings can be exported or imported.
•
Settings in [Settings] → [Extras]
•
[User Button Manager] app settings
•
Barcode reader settings
Exporting settings
1.
Flick the Start screen to the left, and then in the All apps list, tap [Settings] → [Extras] → [Other settings] → [Export].
2.
Select a folder to save the settings file (CustomSettings.xml).
3.
Tap [close].
Importing settings
There are three ways to import the settings file (CustomSettings.xml).
Method 1. Put the settings file in one of the following folders for import.

This unit: \This Device\
Documents\CustomSettings
–
microSD card: \SD card (D:)\
Documents\CustomSettings
Method 2. Create a Provisioning package (.ppkg file) to which the settings file is added, and deploy that Provisioning package to the unit. When adding the settings file to a Provisioning package, specify "CustomSettings" in [Relative path to directory on target device].
Method 3. Distribute the settings file through MDM (Mobile Device Management). For the MDM node, specify the following.
