The notice about Intel® ME firmware version "12.0.65.1567"

We will show the information about the problems occurred with Intel® ME firmware version "12.0.65.1567".
Please be advised that the information will be changed or added without notice.

Customer who has PCs already applied with ME firmware version "12.0.65.1567" when purchased.

Target models

CF-LV8[R/S], CF-SV8R Asia model, FZ-55[A/B/C] series (vPro model), some models shipped in August 2020 are applicable.

Problems

Power button or Keyboard doesn't work when rebooted. After OS has booted completely, it works. *1 It works when started from shutdown. *2 The following message may be shown when rebooted. Waiting Up to 8 Minutes For KVM FW..... Error!! The request has rejected and the KVM session was cancelled!!

Countermasure

Please download BIOS from below page and apply it.

Customer who has downloaded ME firmware module through our following web site and has already applied.

Target models

Applied ME firmware version "12.0.65.1567" from Panasonic download page.

Problems

BIOS cannot be updated when executing BIOS update utility.
